RATES

Base Rate: Up to 8 hours (includes 1 hour for set up & 1 hour break down)

​

Weekdays (M – Th)

  • $1,000 for up to 100 persons. Over 100 is additional $20/person

 

Weekends (Fri, Sat, Sun)

  • $4,500 up to 150 persons. Over 150 is additional $20/person

 

  • Additional Hours: $125/hr

  • Deposit: 50% at signing

  • Cleaning Fee: 10% of total venue rental

  • Packages: Venue/Catering packages

ADDITIONAL STAFF
  • A/V Services available

  • Door Supervisor

  • Food & Beverage Labor 

  • Police Officer/Security on-site

  • Ushers on-site

BASIC VENUE PACKAGE

Basic event packages include the following:

  • Indoor + outdoor access reception

  • Fire and water feature at entrance

  • Plenty of parking, handicap drop off

  • Rear access available to vendors for loading and unloading equipment, etc.

  • Full Bar

    • Custom quote available

  • On-site commercial catering kitchen (Please contact us for catering quote)

  • Complimentary set-up of tables, chairs and tableware

  • Up to 20 60” round dining tables, 10 48" round dining tables, 10 cocktail rounds  *table linens and napkins are not included in the venue only package

  • Up to 200 dining chairs and 12 bar stools w/ tables

  • Dedicated venue manager for all customer service and/or maintenance requests.

  • Complimentary trash and recycling removal.

  • Linen + napkins are not included….but we will help you source it!

  • All grounds are ADA accessible, Family-owned and operated

  • Venue Attendant present for maintenance request

  • Banquet tables: four 6 ft tables and four 8 ft tables available

  • Women and men’s lounge w/ furniture

  • Covered patio

  • NO RAIN plan needed​​
